Role: Account Management Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing Account Management team. Your leadership will directly impact client retention, revenue growth, and overall account strategy.

Your day-to-day:

    • Lead, develop, and mentor an Account Management team, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture
    • Coach and support team members, helping them enhance their account management skills, commercial expertise, and industry knowledge
    • Drive revenue growth by ensuring strong client retention and expansion within your team’s portfolio
    • Manage key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and identify opportunities for additional value creation
    • Oversee strategic planning and execution of commercial, legal, and operational account-related activities
    • Optimise internal processes, identifying and implementing improvements in day-to-day operations
    • Personally manage a portfolio of 1-3 strategic accounts to stay connected with industry trends and client challenges
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to enhance the client experience
    • Develop and refine best practices for account engagement, retention, and growth strategies

Your skills & experience:

    • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships
    • Experience in leading and coaching teams, with a track record of driving performance and career development
    • Background in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, or the technology industry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Salary:

    • Gross salary 3750 - 4400 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
