Our client – "MAPRI statyba", a company which belongs to the MAPRIconstruction group with more than 20 years of experience. "MAPRI statyba" provide general contracting services according to projects, engage in agricultural construction, and also perform concreting works throughout Lithuania.  A professional, strong, developing, fun and learning MAPRI team invite experienced Site Manager to join.

• Organizing construction activities at our construction sites
• Participating in subcontracting negotiations, monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the fulfillment of signed subcontracting agreements
• Communicating with clients, partners, and team members
• Document management

• A background in construction and previous work experience in a similar position
• Good technical aptitude and understanding of construction functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• A willingness to commit, create systems, and contribute to the company's development
• A Category B driving license
• Ability to work with IT programs
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English and Russian, Estonian language skills would be a plus

• Work at sites not more than 100 km away from Kaunas
• Computer, phone, car for work purposes
