Senior Legal Counsel (Large-Scale Investment Projects)

We hope that you are ready to: 

• Represent Invest Lithuania in negotiations with large-scale investors and coordinate investment agreements with them. 

• Provide strategic legal advice regarding the investment and business environment in Lithuania to both national and foreign investors during the implementation phases of their manufacturing projects in Lithuania. 

• Handle or lead legal analysis, including involvement in the delivery of proposals/draft regulations or legal opinions to improve business environment. 

• Advise our internal team and form in-house legal practice on legal matters relating to investors’ needs. 

• Represent Invest Lithuania at central and local government institutions and in relationships with other companies or agencies. 

We expect you to have: 

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a lawyer. 

• Experience in real estate law and legislative processes in Lithuania would be an advantage. 

• In-depth understanding of Lithuanian legal acts and the ability to use them effectively.

• Fluency in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

• A high degree of autonomy in executing tasks. 

• The ability to solve complex problems, organize data, draw conclusions, and present them clearly.
