Multitude Bank plc is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager - Payments to join our dynamic European banking team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and building strong relationships with corporate clients by delivering innovative payment solutions and world-class service. Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the bank’s payments business portfolio.
- Develop tailored proposals and present payment solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their business and payment requirements.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, and market trends.
- Stay informed about the bank’s payment products, technologies, and industry developments.
- Monitor and manage account performance to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee timely onboarding, activation, and service delivery for new accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, operations, and risk, to deliver seamless solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic account management and business development.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client documentation in CRM tools.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within corporate banking or payment solutions.
- Knowledge of payment systems, cash management, and banking services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills tailored to corporate clients.
- Exceptional ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of payment products, services, and corporate banking solutions.

The salary range for this position is €4,000–4,500 EUR/month (gross), depending on experience.
