Loan Origination Lead (Vilnius)

 

Be a leader and help make Europe’s largest funding platform even stronger!

 

As the Loan Origination Lead in Vilnius, you’ll manage and grow the local sales team, ensuring steady deal flow across bridge, business, and development loans. You’ll cultivate brokers and real estate developers into long-term partners, and personally stay involved in key client relationships and high-impact transactions. You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of the entire sales pipeline, ensuring deals move forward at a predictable pace. Cross-team collaboration will be key—especially with risk, legal, ops, and investor relations—to ensure fast decisions, flawless execution, and stable funding volumes. You’ll play a crucial role in reinforcing Estateguru’s position in the Lithuanian market.

 

Your key responsibilities:



  • Lead your team to success: Set direction, recruit and coach loan managers, and foster a client-focused culture.
  • Turn relationships into growth: Build strong partnerships with brokers and developers, represent us at events and meetings, and turn opportunities into funded deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts: Keep accurate records, track conversions, forecast monthly funding volumes, and meet both team and personal goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with risk/credit, legal, investor relations, and business operations to ensure quality loan assessment, pricing, and contracts.
  • Accelerate the journey from lead to funding: Identify and remove bottlenecks to speed up the process from first contact to offer to funding.
  • Continuously improve our processes: Update guidelines, models, and workflows based on market feedback to expand reach and boost results.

 

What helps you succeed:



  • Experience and business mindset – 3+ years in real estate, RE development, banking, or fintech; you understand how projects and deals work.
  • Results-driven and action-oriented – You take ownership, meet goals, and lead both people and negotiations with confidence.
  • Relationship and process management – You build trust-based partnerships and ensure smooth, well-documented workflows.
  • Language skills – Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
