What you’ll do
You will be responsible for building relationships, developing sales, and delivering solutions that create value for our customers:
- Proactively identify new clients and sales opportunities for parcel delivery services
- Build and develop long-term relationships with existing clients
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and guide the client through the entire sales cycle
- Analyze your client portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitors and contribute to the improvement of the sales strategy
- Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to ensure the best customer experience
What we expect from you
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and results-oriented:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (logistics or transport industry is a plus)
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients
- Self-driven, with good time and priority management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset — you look for opportunities, not obstacles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work with MS Office and CRM systems
