Junior ICT Sales Assistant

Vilnius, Lithuania

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support to Account Managers and the Sales team.
• Manage internal documentation related to sales activities.
• Support iSales operations and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
• Create and format sales proposals and customer-facing documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely preparation of materials and approvals.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, proposals, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales processes or interest in developing commercial and technical knowledge.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English language.
• Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently.
