WHERE YOU'LL FIT IN:

Reaching out to junior/mid level IT Support specialists! We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and databases while providing outstanding customer support. You'll monitor system and database activities, handle customer inquiries, and track progress on issue resolution to ensure SLA agreements are met. You will also oversee the application release process, continuously seek ways to improve our support processes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you'll play a key role in ensuring the team meets its quarterly OKR targets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor systems and database activities;
• Deal with customer tickets and inquiries;
• Track issue solving progress;
• Oversee application release process;
• Constantly looking to improve customer support processes;
• Ensure excellent customer experience;
• Make sure team OKR quarterly targets are met.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues;
• Desire to improve in IT;
• Ability to present information clearly;
• Quick and analytical detail-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment;
• Ability to work independently.

PREFERRED:

• Experience within IT sector;
• SQL, Linux, Monitoring tools knowledge.

• Monthly salary range is 1571-2883 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies;
