ABOUT THE ROLE:
Whether you're based in Riga or Vilnius, you'll join a team of professionals delivering high-quality IT solutions for leading organizations in the financial services sector.
As an IT Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technical delivery ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are feasible, and implementations align with organizational goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support business units by advising on IT usage and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Refine and complete requirement documentation based on initial business inputs.
- Conduct system and gap analyses, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency of IT specifications.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, solution/technical architects, and testers to ensure solution quality.
- Choose appropriate methods for representing business and system requirements.
- Investigate and help resolve defects, escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to solution documentation and manage change requests.
- Ensure readiness of functional solutions for implementation and deployment.
- Evaluate stability and priority of requirements and propose feasible alternatives when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system analysis results.
- Support external teams or vendors engaged in analysis activities.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager.
- Experience in accessibility requirements implementation projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Solid understanding of the solution development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to perform gap and impact analyses on IT systems.
- Familiarity with documentation and agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of databases, data flows, application systems, integrations, and interfaces.
- Ability to define quality criteria for IT requirements and support functional test definitions.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in accessibility requirements implementation projects is the priority.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Working knowledge of test design and concept development.
- Experience coordinating or supervising outsourced or third-party analysts.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and IT security standards.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3400 - 4600 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
