The Head of Product will play a critical role, leading our team of product managers to ensure our suite of products not only meets the market demand but also exceeds user expectations. The ideal candidate will completely own all company products, including the strategy, vision, and user experience. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strategy, leadership, and a hands-on approach to make things happen.

If you want to:

    • Craft and communicate the vision and strategy for all company products;
    • Ensure a coherent and consistent user experience across all product platforms, identifying potential UX bottlenecks and spearheading solutions where needed;
    • Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to guide product development and prioritize initiatives that drive retention and satisfaction;
    • Be responsible for improving product metrics, such as user engagement, product usage, and recurring rates;
    • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product owners and designers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration;
    • Work alongside engineering and marketing teams to create products that align with business goals and customer needs;
    • Develop and refine processes for efficient and effective product development life cycles;
    • Foster a data-driven culture, incorporating analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform decisions.

    • Demonstrated experience with global products and an understanding of diverse market dynamics;
    • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor teams;

    • Proven track record in managing product retention and building products that users love;
    • Experience with change management and the ability to adapt and lead teams through transitions;
    • Expertise in stakeholder management, with the capacity to communicate effectively at all levels;
    • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and design philosophies;
    • A strategic thinker with an actionable, results-oriented mindset.

    • Have experience in managing multiple products in one application;
    • Have experience working in subscription-based business model.
