We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join the CityBee HQ team in Vilnius.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement social media content calendar aligned with brand positioning and target audience preferences.
• Create engaging social media content such as posts, stories, videos, and graphics optimized for each platform and scalable across markets.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
• Manage sponsored social media campaigns, including budgeting, boosting, and optimization to achieve campaign objectives.
• Plan and run campaigns across social media and multiple channels, working with influencers, content creators, photographers, and other partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.

To be perfect fit we expect you to:

• Possess proven experience managing and creating content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Demonstrate success in building a cross-channel social media strategy.
• Exhibit excellent English and Lithuanian written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content in different social media platforms.
• Have a data-driven approach to test social content to improve performance metrics.
• Be a creative thinker and brainstormer.
• Possess analytical and excellent time management skills.
• Have an endless amount of energy and a real drive for mobility topics.

Monthly salary: 
From 2300 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
