Meet the team:
The Business Operations and Service Excellence team drives operational innovation, improvement, and
change execution to enhance customer experience, enable business scalability and sustainability, and improve
cost efficiency.
Where you come in:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement (BPI) Project Manager to join the Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team. You will:
• Lead cross-functional process improvement, design and change projects across different areas of the
EMEA business, providing Lean and/or Project Management support as appropriate to the given
initiative.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity independently using established BPI
methodology, escalating where appropriate.
• Consult with key stakeholders to identify success criteria for the identified projects. Work with the
appropriate benefiting parties to establish ongoing measurement and reporting of results.
• Visualize as-is and to-be business processes and process performance and assist business teams to
develop a clear understanding of process change impact, ensuring successful implementation of
improvements.
• Resolve problems and present appropriate business solutions and recommendations.
• Actively champion business process improvement throughout the EMEA business and contribute to the
growth of BPI and Operational Excellence across Dexcom globally.
• Provide coaching support to members of our Lean Six Sigma community to apply the LSS toolset on their
projects and deliver successful business outcomes.
What makes you successful:
• You have a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean Practitioner Certification
• You are proficient in data collection and analysis, value stream mapping, process capability, financial
impact assessment, root-cause identification, etc.
You have strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface
across functional areas and business operations at all levels of the organization
• You have strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive
decision making and continuous improvement
• You have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• You are open to support other duties as assigned
Optional:
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince II etc.) would be preferred
• Functional expertise in Sales, Marketing, Go To Market, Logistics and/or Customer Experience would be
strongly preferred
• Life science, healthcare or medical device industry experience would be beneficial
• Language skills in other European languages (particularly German) is desirable

Experience and Education Requirements:
• a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of process improvement experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,591.25 to €4,436.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
