Business Process Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Digital team and help drive process improvements, shape smart solutions, and support the development of our e-commerce ecosystem🚀

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and optimize business processes to boost efficiency and user experience.
• Gather and document requirements in collaboration with product, tech, and business teams.
• Translate needs into clear documentation: user stories, workflows, diagrams.
• Support solution scoping, testing, and user validation.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and development teams.
• Use data and KPIs to support decision-making and suggest improvements.

What you bring :

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or tech environments.
• Solid understanding of agile and software development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.
• Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, VTEX).
• Familiarity with data tools (Google Analytics, Qlik).
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

***Salary starting from 3500 eur. gross monthly
