Description

We are looking for a business analyst to join Data Protection Compliance who has a compliance mindset combined with solid data and analytical skills, reporting and project management experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, someone who thrives in an engaging environment and is keen to contribute to our collective success. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of practical skills, analytical thinking with the ability to see things from a holistic perspective, drive and motivation along with proficient language capabilities.

You will:

  • Have an opportunity to join a newly established role in which you’ll have plenty of opportunities to manage different projects and initiatives within the team as well as process review and optimization
  • Be responsible for planning, creating and monitoring an overview of our business and activity plans
  • Be a part of project planning and management in respect of governance-related projects and coordination of compliance reporting and provision of data insights and analysis
  • Assist with providing business support to the Data Protection Compliance management team, including the Group Data Protection Officer

About you:

  • A relevant university degree, preferably supplemented by relevant professional qualifications
  • Business development and/or project management experience and proficient stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Office 365, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau skills are essential
  • Advanced IT skills accompanied by extensive knowledge of several reporting, project management, and data visualization tools
  • Relevant experience working within the financial services industry and/or data protection roles. Experience in a regulatory compliance environment would be beneficial
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills. A Nordic language is beneficial but not mandatory
  • You are highly organized, results-oriented, have an optimistic outlook and a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple goals and tasks simultaneously

Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
